Andeler Power will provide customers a credit reference to establish new service with another utility company or for any other reason where a utility credit reference may be required. The Letter of Credit will include the customer name, service address, service period, and the status of the customer's pay history. For your convenience, Andeler Power will process your electronic request within two (2) business days of receiving it (M-F, excluding holidays and weekends).
